We hope this announcement finds all of you well.
Just as school districts across the state are grappling with implementing the best solution for teaching students this fall, Westwood Chinese School is also challenged with this decision. Fortunately, we are smaller and only meet once a week. After consulting with teachers and parents, we have decided to offer only remote classes starting Sunday, Sept., 13th. Language classes will be held from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. We will also be offering select extracurricular classes scheduled at 10:30 and 11:30.
Tuition is due in full by Fri., 8/28. If you have a credit balance from last year, please complete the attached deduction form to determine your tuition balance. Detailed instructions are available below to assist you with completing this form. The form must be attached to your check and sent to:

While this decision was not easy and it may not work for all of our students and families, we feel this is the best decision to keep our students, teachers, staff, and families safe during this uncertain time.
There may be an opportunity to revisit this decision for the second semester starting in 2021. Our calendar is subject to change as we get more information during the school year.
