Tuition and Registration Payment
The registration fee is $50.00 per family. It will be waived if you pay both the tuition and the parent duty deposit in full amount by July 31. If you are sending in your payment, the postmark date must be on or before July 31.

PTO Parent Duty and Payment
The parent duty is $50 per family per year and the payment is not refundable.
Please contribute to WCS by signing up parent-on-duty program. We need at least 1 parent per Sunday while WCS is in session to help with the bake sale, classroom setup and cleanup, student recess monitoring, and other school operation activities.

Textbook Payment
Please pay the textbook fee to the teacher in the classroom on the first day of school. Please do not remove the textbook wrap until you are sure that you will attend the class.
Tuition Policy
WCS reserves the right to combine or cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment. Class sizes may vary. If a class is canceled, the tuition will be fully refunded.
Refund Policy
- 100% refund if withdrawn before the end of the 2nd week of class.
- 90% refund if withdrawn before the end of the 3rd week of class.
- 70% refund if withdrawn before the end of the 4th week of class.
- No refund after the end of the 4th week of class.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No switching of classes after the 4th week of class without approval from the principal.
